Prenatal Yoga Class
Pregnancy is a time of great excitement and anticipation, but too often it’s also a time of stress and anxiety. I can relate! My own love of yoga really began while taking a prenatal yoga class. Stretching my body and taking time for deep relaxation just felt so good! In prenatal yoga, we will practice using the breath to enter a place of calm, relaxed energy. We will do specific poses to stretch and strengthen your physical body and use guided relaxation to calm your mind throughout your pregnancy and delivery.

Prenatal package: Four sessions for $175.

Postnatal Yoga Sessions
I recommend waiting 8-12 weeks after delivery to resume a physical yoga practice. After you are cleared by your doctor to resume exercise, I suggest scheduling a few private sessions to assess where you are and address any areas of weakness before returning to public classes. These classes are one-on-one and designed to focus on your specific needs such as pelvic floor weakness, diastasis recti, back pain, or just needing to get back into shape!

Postnatal package: Four sessions for $175.

Private Prenatal/Postnatal Package

Let me tailor a program just for you and your changing needs during this special time. Prenatal classes will focus on preparing the mind and body for childbirth, along with plenty of relaxation and pampering. Postnatal classes will address any areas of weakness and help you gradually return to a full, strong yoga practice.

12 classes - 8 prenatal and 4 postnatal - $550

Private Instruction

Whether you’re just starting out in yoga, recovering from an injury, or wanting to advance your practice, I can tailor a private session to fit your specific goals. Yoga has traditionally been taught one on one – one teacher and one student. Everyone is unique. We all have different needs and life experience, and I would love to design a class just for you.

Cost is $60/hour

About Holly

My passion is to make yoga accessible to everyone.

I first came to yoga because I was looking for relief from residual pain following a back surgery. I quickly found that not only did my back pain start to resolve, but I felt stronger, more confident, and more like myself again. I had to share what I had found, so I began teaching and received my 200hr certification in 2013 from Yoga Life in Norman, Oklahoma. I later pursued further training in prenatal yoga with Shannon Buffington in Ft. Worth, Texas. Since then, I’ve taught more than a thousand classes, and I still love seeing people experience yoga for the first time. I’m a firm believer that though proper modifications and alignment, yoga can become a practice you’ll enjoy for the rest of your life.

“When you inhale, you are taking the strength of god. when you exhale, it represents the service you are giving to the world.”
